These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on blackoutmate.com, operated by Bompart Ventures LLC.

1. Order acceptance Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability or pricing errors.

2. Pricing and payment All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is required in full at the time of order.

3. Order confirmation You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. This confirms we have received your order, not that it has shipped.

4. Delivery See our Shipping Policy for estimated delivery timeframes. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Product conformity We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and display our products. Minor variations in color or appearance due to screen display are not considered defects.

7. Limitation of liability Our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
