Not happy with your BlackoutMate curtain? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort it — refund or replacement, your choice. No need to ship anything back to us; just send us a quick photo of the item so we can process it.
Item arrived damaged or wrong size
Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or refund you in full. No return required.
Order never arrived
If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of shipping confirmation, contact us for a full refund or a free reshipment. No need to return anything if it eventually shows up later — it's yours to keep.
Change of mind
We'll refund you within 30 days of delivery if the curtain hasn't worked out for you, even if you've already tried it. No return shipping needed — we're not going to make you post a curtain to the other side of the world just to save a few dollars.
How to request a refund or replacement
Email hello@blackoutmate.com with your order number and (if relevant) a photo. We reply within 1 business day and refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
