We currently ship to Australia only.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase.

Delivery Time
Once processed, delivery typically takes 4-8 business days, depending on your location within Australia.

Shipping Cost
Free shipping on all orders, no minimum required.

Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays
Occasional delays can happen due to customs processing, carrier volume, or events outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, contact us at hello@blackoutmate.com and we'll investigate.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, though we'll do our best to help resolve any issues.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, BlackoutMate is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. We recommend having a secure delivery location.
